OEM hot-dip galvanized stainless steel fixed and sliding guide rails designed for heavy-duty industrial applications.
Hot-dip Galvanizing: Also known as hot-dip galvanizing, this process involves pickling ordinary steel brackets to remove surface impurities like iron oxide, then immersing them in a zinc pot for galvanizing. Under high temperature, the zinc liquid reacts with the steel surface to form a zinc-iron alloy layer with a pure zinc layer attached.
Common Materials: Carbon steel (such as Q235 steel) is typically used as the base material, providing excellent strength and toughness to meet mechanical requirements for pipeline support. Some applications use stainless steel for hot-dip galvanizing to further enhance corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
Raw materials enter the factory for laser cutting and precision cutting.
Materials are pressed and shaped to required specifications.
Materials are assembled and welded into final shape.
Surface sandblasting and rust removal for formed pipeline/spring support hanger.
Precision polishing of pipeline/spring support hanger surface.
Application of anti-corrosion coating to formed pipelines/spring supports.
Assembly and packaging of completed pipes/spring supports and hangers.
